I've been using this cream for 5 years now and first discovered it while working in the healthfood store. I've tried many products throughout the years while working there, but this remains a staple. I mainly use it on my face when I get acne breakouts and I want to hydrate my skin without getting even more breakouts (not an easy task). I've also use it for fungus, burns, irritation and it never fails to work. I always keep a jar of it at home, this is a very good product.

Update:
Just purchased the Tea Trea & E Antiseptic creme first time in a while (had some stashed away) and I was so disappointed to found that Derma E changed the formula and the consistency of the cream. It is very greasy and thick now, but even worse than that, it does not work as well as before. I used to use it for acne breakouts; it used to pull the inflammation down but not anymore. When I tried this new batch it did nothing to my acne..
I also noticed that it smells much less tea tree oily than used to, which indicates that they use less of it in the cream now. I gave this product two stars because Derma-E is a cruelty free company, which means they don't test and experiment on animals. But what a shame about the cream! Please, please bring back the old formula!!

I bought this creme blindly at the Grocery store for about $11 so I wish I would have waited until I looked it up on Amazon because its cheaper here. I was impressed with the reviews though.

I have pretty bad skin. I'm prone to black heads on my nose, have large pores and am constantly broken out on my chin. For these reasons I usually stay away from "creme" lotions as they are usually too thick and oily. This stuff is thick and oily BUT after applying it just seems to disappear into my skin. I can't figure it out but the results so far have been promising. My skin is often dry and I've always wanted a nice moisturizer and have tried many but most make me breakout. After four days and no problems so far I'm excited about this product. My face even seems less oily at the end of the day and some ance scabs have seemed to heal much quicker than usual.

Yes, the stuff doesn't smell great but honestly it isn't the worst thing I've ever smelled and it wears off quickly. I'd rather have a face that looks good than smells great.

4oz should last a long time if only applied to the face. I'm expecting to use this once or twice daily and I think it will last at least 2 months.

If you have acne and are interested in more natural products which aren't too drying I also use:
Desert Essence's Thoroughly Clean face wash which also has tea tree oil.
Desert Essence - Thoroughly Clean Face Wash, 32 fl oz liquid
Once per week I use a betonite powder clay mixed with apple cider vinegar to use as a mask.

I am not over exaggerating when I tell you I have the WORST acne! I get mostly nodules and cysts which are very painful and can really bring down any self esteem you've ever had. I never wanted to lea the house, skipped school and work. It was so bad! It started over a year ago when I gave up on chemical products, (proactive). I wanted to take a more natural organic route (it is cheaper too). I've tried essential oils, oil pulling, juicing, smoothies, organic skincare with more oils, etc...Nothing worked! I was so depressed and in pain! But since I found this cream, I cannot wait till bedtime to be able to wash my face and rub this cream on and then wake up in the morning to do it all again! It is soooo soooothing for my inflamed, dry, cyst-filled face! I love the cooling effect! I love the smell! I love it all! It really moisturizes my skin and you don't need a lot! My acne is disappearing! I use nutribiotic skin cleanser first and then rub this magical product on! Bye bye chemicals!

Six months of my life were pure hell with seborrheic dandruff. It was on my face so I felt embarrassed to be seen in public. My face looked like it had been sand blasted by wind.

I did Internet searches and used everything that was recommended - salicylic acid, washing my face with anti-dandruff shampoo, 1% hydrocortisone cream - but nothing worked. I finally went to a dermatologist who prescribed sodium sulfacetamide lotion and ketoconazole cream. Even with Rx insurance, these two medicines were still fairly expensive.

The sodium sulfacetamide lotion and the ketoconazole cream began to clear up my face, but after two weeks, my skin began to get irritated by the sodium sulfacetamide lotion so I stopped using it. I kept using the ketoconazole cream. In less than a week, the seborrheic dandruff re-exploded on my face so I went back to using the sulfacetamide lotion. Bad mistake! My skin had become sensitive to the sodium sulfacetamide lotion and my face broke out in hives. My face became so red and swollen with hives that I looked like I had a bad case of measles. I had to stay inside for a week to hide my face from the public. My lips also became sore and bled.

I scheduled another appointment with my dermatologist, but I had to wait nearly two weeks for an appointment. In desperation, I began another Internet search for treatment of facial seborrheic dandruff. One of the recommendations was tea tree oil. I had earlier read about tea tree oil, but dismissed it as more voodoo than science since proponents were touting tea tree oil as a cure-all for everything.

Since I was past the point of desperation and getting depressed, I decided to give tea tree oil a chance. My local supermarket has a "natural" section with several brands of tea tree oil.
