5.0 out of 5 stars Well-written history of Nova Scotian, James McCabe, 1760's, June 30, 2009

This review is from: The descendants of James McCabe and Ann Pettigrew (Hardcover)
Allen E. Marble has written a very-much needed history of the James and Ann Pettigrew McCabe family. This James McCabe came to Philadelphia from Ireland in the 1740's and after completing an indenture became an immigrant to Nova Scotia. Marble is a descendant of this James and Ann McCabe and has compiled the exciting story of this family down to and including the currently living generations in Canada and in the United States. A "MUST PURCHASE" book if one is interested in this specific McCabe family, now joining the ranks of the numerous families confirming their connections with DNA studies.
