Reverend Soaries' book makes sound financial living into a ministry to "save" those that are chained by the slavery of debt. Well, he does a great job with his solution and way toward freedom! As a CPA I am called upon many times to advise clients that have gotten in over their heads with debt and the Reverend's formula of dfreetm where the goal is No debt, No Deficits, No Delinquencies sets forth a program, method and change of habits to accomplish this that works. As a Jew, I do not find offense with his extensive references from the New Testament and to Jesus because the quotes and examples make his points as well as any that I have heard. This is a book that I recommend to anyone drowning in, or feeling pressure from, debt. Buster's formulas work - I know it does from my experience advising hundreds of clients - and his book lays it out in a very logical, practical, and spiritual way.

Insightful... eye-opening... a must read for anyone, everyone who has and maintains debt. Dfree Breaking Free from Financial Slavery will inform and inspire. It is far from your typical make a list of what you spend how-to book. Dfree is a movement and one of the few books that can change your life and impact society in a myriad of profoundly important ways.

America is drowning in debt. In dfree, Dr. Soaries lays out, in easy to read, yet powerful language, the road to becoming debt free. No one is immune to the control and influence Madison Avenue has over us when it comes to creating want and desire for `things' we do not need and most often times cannot afford. Yet, Soaries illustrates the power we have within and gives us the motivation to begin and continue on a journey to financial liberation and deliverance. Soaries says the essence of dfree is not just to release you from the chains of debt but to help you experience success (not measured by possessions) in life.

From admitting the problem and becoming accountable to power saving and investing, minimizing stress and giving back, each chapter takes you more deeply into the psychology and emotion of consumer debt with a step-by-step guide on how to get out without sounding preachy or academic. He writes with purpose and clarity, and references biblical scripture to substantiate the path to financial independence.
Dfree is not theory. It focuses on what is important in life, how to get there, and stay there. There is no question that once you do, there is no turning back. A Senior Pastor and former Secretary of State, Dr.

Pastor Soaries is a wise, intelligent man, an excellent teacher, a godly Christian brother, and a great example of financial excellence, overcoming adversity, and having a good attitude. Dfree is a must-read for anyone wondering what God's plan is for our finances. For someone not interested in God's plan, it's still an excellent piece of advice on how to manage finances from a whole-life perspective. Pastor Soaries has a passion for financial freedom that is admirable and should be instilled in all Americans, including our government. I hope this guy runs for office... This review is written by the author of "The Complete Debt Relief Manual - Step-by-Step Procedures for: Budgeting, Paying Off Debt, Negotiating Credit Card and IRS Debt Settlements, Avoiding Bankruptcy, Dealing with Collectors and Lawsuits, and Credit Repair - Without Debt Settlement Companies". When I was writing my book, I saw Pastor Soaries speaking about freedom from debt and was INSPIRED. Where my book is much more nuts-and-bolts how-to instructions about getting free from debt in the fastest way possible, Pastor Soaries' book is the foundation - the "why" - the mandate and the blessing - of freedom from debt and financial responsibility. I recommend reading dfree first, then when you're convinced, read The Complete Debt Relief Manual and get busy breaking the chains. John Oswald

I love this book and have shared it with family members. I have also requested that this book be considered as a class for my church family. Many families can benefit from this book including my family. Thank you Rev. Soaries
