Sorry to hear of your disappointment. As other respondents have pointed out, you can download the sony DSCRX100_EN_ES.pdf from the net. I've got mine on my desktop for reference.
In the field (I don't know anybody who carries a paper camera manual out on photo shoots) -- if you need help with any command, you can push the "?" button on the lower right of the rear side of the camera.
Otherwise, I have found the menus extremely straightforward and easy to understand -- more so than those on my old NEX 5n.
Next, if you haven't already done so, I highly recommend taking 5-10 minutes to customize the function buttons. Think about which settings you change the most, research them in the user manual, if necessary, then set them to the "Fn" button.
