I have a vast collection of cookbooks and this is one of my all time favorites. The biscotti recipes are amazing and different from the usual ones you find. I lost this book and could not find similar recipes on the internet or anywhere.

If you like biscotti try the Union Square recipe. It is unique and everyone loves it!

Owning this and Nick Malgieri's Italian dessert book, I choose this one as the better. Neither of them have pictures, but because of the ease in content and direction, it makes this a superior book. Recipes are neatly written, unlike Malgieri's. Directions follow the order of the recipe, unlike Malgieri's. And when it come to taste, they're both the same, authentic Italian Desserts. A must have for your collection.

This cook book is has very interesting Italian recipes for baking.

Michele Scicolone has several other cookbooks that have very easy

recipes, her torta's are to die for in this cookbook. Great Italian

food.
