When I received this text book it was not the text book advertised by the company. It was not the book that was pictured and it was not even by the same author. When I contacted the company after several emails I was told that I could simply refuse the shipment. I could not since it was opened, and opening the package was the only way I could find out that it was the wrong book since the book was different than the advertisement. Bottom line I paid return shipping for a product that was not what I ordered. I would not use this company again.
