This book was a requirement for a course I was taking on conflict management and negotiation. I hate buying books for class because sometimes they are not that great. This one was the exception; it was well-written, yet easy to understand. It was also filled with real world examples and how to techniques that kept things interesting. In addition to the information on the subject it also includes many self-assessments for you that will help you gauge your own personality traits, negotiation style, etc. This book was well worth the money I spent, especially considering that I continually go back to it as a reference for regular situation assessments.

Superb book! Dr. Corvette's text provides a sound foundation in academic theory and provides a practical guide for self development. As a university professor teaching Strategic Leadership I found this book to be an exceptionally enjoyable read and an extremely relevant textbook for my graduate classes.

Shipping on this item would be the only complaint. The company doesn't provide any sport of tracking at all for the item. This always leaves you out in the dark. When the item arrived, the item was perfectly fine. It was listed correctly and it was what I expected.
