Reflections and Memories - Changes and Surprises

Time for the annual Christmas services at the old stone church at Cape Light. Many preparations are being organized for the yearly Bazaar plus a new project, a book about the history of the church. Reverend Ben is asked to take home a box of photographs to sort through. The trip down memory lane brings to mind challenging experiences from nearly forty years ago. This is a delightful reflection of Reverend Ben’s first Christmas service as a new pastor and the difficulties he over comes.
Reverend Ben's daughter Rachel was widowed just a couple of years ago. She is challenged with raising her two children. When a spark ignites between Rachel and the coach of her sons basketball team her life becomes complicated. Torn between her desire to protect her sons feelings and the awaking of her heart, Rachel's world is a roller coaster

All the "Cape Light" Series books are wonderful! Highly recommend you go back and red them all.

In traditional fashion, Katherine Spencer brings to life the characters of Cape Light in All is Bright. I wait anxiously every fall for the new release of the Cape Light Novels. Amazing. I have read all of the Cape Light books and I don't know how I missed this one last year. However, I really liked it. It was a nostalgia story about what happened year ago in the Church and what happened to Lillian's first husband, and it brought you back to the present with what was going on with the Reverend's family today. I enjoyed reading this story and I hope Katherine Spencer will continue to write about Thomas Kinkade's Cape Light. I really look forward to reading one each year. Thank you Katherine.

There so good that im slowly getting the whole collection.
They deal with real problems in life, and i got to know the charectors really well.
So when im done with one book, i order another.

I normally really like this series, but this one didn't hold my interest. It was two unrelated story lines in one book. Very confusing going from the past in one story and then going to the present in the other. Should have been two separate books. I kept waiting for the two stories to somehow tie together, but they never did. I did enjoy the Rachel and Ryan story. Wish there had been more of it.

All Is Bright is a great, clean, Christmas read. While you could read it as a stand alone novel, it is much better to read the entire Cape Light Series. The characters are good, true to life people who work through their struggles with faith and hope.
Well worth reading the entire series.

A wonderful story - very well written and the characters are made to be so real, it feels as though they are my friends. This filled in some questions I had about Oliver Warwick since it explained why they had to leave Lilac Hall long ago. The Romance between "Coop" & Rachel is very sweet.
