I chose this coloring book for my two, almost three years old son who loves dinosaurs and coloring. The pictures are bold with simple lines, yet detailed enough to get a good mood of Jurassic period. Each page contains a small descriptions of the dinosaurs.

I would recommend this book for older children who still love dinosaurs. The drawings are detailed and are great for colored pencil coloring. My son is seven and this has been a great book for him.

As I went through the pictures I began to realize that I had this book as a child. What a wonderful nostalgic moment! I will be sending this to my niece and nephew to read and color. I am NOT happy that this was sent in an envelope and shoved in my mailbox. This should be packaged like any other book in cardboard or a box!! But anyway the pictures are detailed and wonderful.

I bought this book for a 12 year old boy who just happens to like dinosaurs. His grandmother shared his interest in
these large prehistoric creatures. I surprised him with the book and he was so amazed that someone was able to
find a coloring book with so much information for him to read and also to enjoy coloring.
The coloring book was a very complete and well made product.(good paper quality.etc.). I have come to expect this type of quality from Dover Coloring Books and I have not been disappointed!
It is wonderful that Amazon provides such a large selection of these books.
I personally own over 20 of these Dover Coloring Books in my personal collection.
I recommend using good quality colored pencils instead of crayons.

My daughter is obsessed with dinosaurs. She loves to play with the figures, color pictures, draw them, you name it she knows about them and loves them all. This book is one of the best things I ever got her. LOVE IT! Tells about them and has cool pictures to color. Highly recommend.

My oldest granddaughter lives dinosaurs and I knew she would appreciate thus coloring book. It is a jumbo size activity and coloring book with realistic acurate picture versions of dinos, not a regular kids coloring book. You can learn and color at the same time.

My little dino lover loves this coloring book. I love that the captions are educational and the pictures are not cartoon-y. We have several Dover coloring books and I love the quality. Just wish it was thicker. He's almost colored every picture.
