Just Like Me
Camp might be just what Julia needs
Who eats Cheetos with chopsticks? Avery and Becca, my “Chinese Sisters,” that’s who. We’re not really sisters — we were just adopted from the same orphanage. And we’re nothing alike. They sing Chinese love songs on the bus to summer camp, and I pretend like I don’t know them. Hardcover | Kindle book

Format: Library Binding
This Encyclopedia of Presidents series is perfect for junior and high school age students learning U.S. History or needing a resource for a biography report. Each book has extensive background material presented in chronological chapter order of the president’s early childhood, adulthood, time in office, life after presidency until their death. Descriptive timelines, political comics, and nice photographs breakup the text adding both interest and comprehensibility.

This volume on Theodore Roosevelt was very enlightening not only about Roosevelt’s politics, but also his larger than life personality and endless energy. He greatly empowered and transformed the role of the president and left some big shoes to fill for future leaders with his “square deal” philosophy.
