I bought this sight unseen based on the good reviews here. I feel mis-lead. There are very few recipes I'm anxious to try. Lots and lots of skirt steak and vegetable recipes but very few chicken breasts, salmon or pork tenderloin, the three things I grill the most. A few general recipes for rubs, salsas and marinades that look good at the front of the cookbook. Just glad I bought it used.

I haven't bought a cook book in a long time with being able to get everything on line but this was well worth it. I borrowed this book from the library and renewed it twice. It is full of really good recipes some mixing ingredients I'd not done before, easy to follow directions and the photos are right on.
