Dr. Rothstein has done a masterful job of presenting the effective ways to improve one's brain function. If you can find a physician who can help you work through his program, you will certainly be on the road to recovery of your mental capapacities. If your brain is already firing on all cylinders, use these recommedations for preventative purposes. I highly recommend this book.

The author of this book had his medical license revoked by the state of Maryland in 2005. The revocation is effective at minimum until 2010. Such action was taken because the author repeatedly failed to provide appropriate medical care.

The author has a website where he proclaims his innocence. He'd have you believe that the medical establishment is against him because he was "curing serious diseases".

Wrong. The author had his medical license revoked because he provided substandard care. So read this book at your own risk.
