in this time that the military courts around the world are reappraise and some of this countries are extinguished their courts
this work brings the importance of the military justice the creation of the new american system regarding the constitutional law the due law process

Side by side military and politics are struggling to enhance which one, the military societ must ruled by the civilian society in opposity the military argue that there's no sense in this affirmation this works brings this shine point dealing military and politics like Clausewitz said...

On the other hand there's a great source of the history of the military law and UCMJ in the usa, it can be helpful for everyone which wants to study how the military justice works in a comparated law system it's a great work at all.
