We love all of Ms. Hall's books! They are very nice, quality board book with padded covers - perfect for little hands to hold and cuddle. My youngest frequently takes one to bed with her, and I don't have to worry about the rounded corners poking her in the face when she falls asleep. This one is another great addition to the "God Bless" books - the illustrations are sweet and run the gamut of childhood bumps, bruises, and aches, and the overarching message of "God cares about ALL my boo boos!" is a reassuring one that toddlers need to hear and be reminded of: God cares about ALL our worries, no matter how small they (or we!) are. Definitely a great book to include on your baby/toddler/child's bookshelf!

We got God Bless My Boo Boo in the mail several days ago and have probably read it twenty times already. My son had another book by this author (God Bless You and Good Night) that was already a favorite. He could immediately tell that it was by the same author and illustrator.

We love that there are different animals on each page. My son has learned to identify several new animals just from reading this book. The rhyming story is easy to read and entertaining for kids to listen to. The board book format is also perfect for little hands.

I will be looking for other books by this author.

This is one of the cutest picture books I've seen. The illustrations are great and the content is perfect for the topic. Every imaginable boo-boo has been covered, I think, and the words can offer so much to little children--reassurance, comfort, preparation. What a wonderful book for parents to read to their preschoolers. I witnessed the eyes of a few target-age children light up when they saw the cover. This book is a winner!

Every child gets their share of boo boos, and this book covers most of them in a fun, compassionate way. Children will relate to these adorable animals (the illustrations are wonderful), and parents now have a helpufl tool to distract their children from their own boo boos by quoting this book when they get hurt or reminding them of the funny little monkey with the hurt tail or the little gator with the splinter, etc. I wish I'd had this book when my kids were young. I bought this for the Day School where I work because boo boos are a part of life. I know our preschoolers will want us to read this often, and it will help turn their tears into smiles.

This is an adorable book. It has become a family favorite around our house, and is especially requested when one of the little ones does get a boo boo.
In this book there are all kinds of baby animals, and each baby has a mother animal with them in the picture consoling them and making things better.
The illustrations are wonderfully done, and vivid.
For children boo boo's are a serious ordeal. No matter if it's a paper cut or a scraped knee it's all equally traumatic sometimes. This book helps show kids that not only can Mommy's help boo boo's feel better, but God can to. It's a great lesson to show kids that no matter if it's big or small God is there for us through it all. It's a comforting book to read if your child has fell and scraped a knee, gotten a paper cut, or just wants to read it for fun.
I definitely recommend this book to all parents with little ones. They will really love it. I enjoy reading it, and my three children love it as well. This book is definitely geared toward babies, toddlers, and preschool children. But it's something that can be enjoyed by all. My 7 year old even likes this book, and we enjoy reading it to our children.
It's a board book so even your tiniest little one can grab hold and help turn the pages, explore the pictures, and enjoy this book all around.
I definitely will be checking out more from the author.

We've all been there. One of our children falls down and gets a minor scratch, and comes running to mommy to kiss it and make it feel better. This book shows all kinds of animals getting minor injuries and being comforted by their mothers. It shows children how God cares even when their boo boos are minor.

This book is beautifully illustrated. I thought the author did a great job at conveying how God cares for children's boo boos just like their mothers do. It goes through several different scenarios where the animals are hurt or sick, and I think a child can greatly relate to each one. Whether it's a stuffy nose, a tummy ache, or a small bump or scratch, they can always know that God is always near and cares for them. My daughter loved the book and kept asking me to read it again. I highly recommend this for parents to read to their small children.
