When I was trying to give up smoking I read a lot of books. this was one of them. this was one of the beter ones. The one that did it for me though was The Voice of Tobacco. Good book, great idea, stopped me and made me laugh as well.

I smoked 2-3 packs a day of menthols and tried the pills and hypnosis but neither worked. Read this book in less then 2 hours and haven't smoked since! That was over 7 years now and saved thousands of dollars not to mention smelling like a dirty ashtray. Please try this book before you blow money on useless treatments like I did. Good luck!

Very handy and convenient little book full of a lot of USEFUL information. I like how it narrowed down what kind of smoker I was. That's important since the quitting steps differ between the various types. Although, great... You still have to WANT to quit for it to work.
