4.0 out of 5 stars Good basic airplane book, December 28, 2008
By Lewis (Italy) - See all my reviews
Based mostly on the specs of a Boeing 747, this book is as much about the mechanics of an airport as it is about the actual airplane. It is a good primer for the young traveler. With the glossary and the web links at the end of the book, it allows for playing up an upcoming first trip and following up the trip with helpful information and activities.
