Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Im using this in conjunction with my college class text (Genki) and this feels a bit more "serious" and "grown up" to me. There are fewer illustrations than Genki (which is a good thing) so it's less "distracting" but it does feel a bit "dry" and the font isnt as pleasing to the eye as Genki. This is a solid supplement but I dont feel it's engaging enough to be used as a main text. The CD is very good listening practice so it's still a good purchase.
