This book is very general. There is absolutely no useful information. Any body could write this book in probably two sentences. I'll give it a try. "Acquire somebody's birth certificate and scan it. Change the necessary information and bingo". There you have it without spending $20.

This book is very good, the advice is spot on! Ragnar tells you everything you need to do..... yes...... if you read this book and follow his advice to the tee, you'll be able to pull it off. Not only does this book tell you how to make the ID, he tells you how much and where you can probably use it, how to start a new life, everything you need to plan for, how you can get a new job and what to watch out for so you dont get caught.... Things everyone can learn and understand.

I've almost bought and read every single Benson book out there. They are all great. That guy has done alot if you have no idea who Ragnar is and what his history is. After you buy Mantrapping One & Advanced Mantrapping i highly suggest you buy and read Tequila Junction: 4th-Generation Counterinsurgency. Im reading about four books at the same time right now, they all kinda tie into each other. Twards the end of Tequila it talks about what people like Ragnar did over there in Africa and Afghanistan fighting Communist. If you have any doubts about Benson, i suggest you do just that. Thats about the best proof a person could ask for, not that I had any doubts, but it might make someone take a second look. This book had about as much information as a 5 year old on changing your identity. Any fool could figure out the methods the author uses.

This book is severely outdated. These techniques may have worked 20 or 25 years ago, but are obsolete now. The government has had plenty of time to make sure than NONE of the techniques work. Dont waste your money.

This book is in need of an update although many of the pointers and philosophy behind the book are clearly Ragnar Benson's normal teachings the fact is you can buy top quality ID online for "novelty" purposes for far lower risk than making your own. One source that is of high production value in asia can give you a drivers license, birth certificate, social security card and even secondary documents all that can fool the system for a two hundred dollars US for the core three you will need. So the computer information is actually useful for minor documents more than key ones especially with the new safety features and information stored on an ID.

That said the rest of the book is of value covering how to drop out, issues doing so, how to avoid scrutiny and even sensibly planning to start your new life.

I would strongly suggest this book as part of ones research with others available here and using prudent online research.

I would rate this book a solid four stars its dated but of use for the psychology and initial planning to drop out and start over.
