Format: Paperback
The first part of the book starts by telling you more about the muscles (muscle types, how muscles are build up etc) and then explaining topics like volume work, different types of training like muscular endurance etc. Teh you read some more about functional flexibility.
In the second part there are the exercises shown for the muscles of the upper body and the third part goes more in detail about conditioning.
Also shown are some intermediate and advanced programs. What I do like is that it are not zillion exercise programms but short functional programms which can be inluded in a sportstraining program.
If you want to become big then read the very excellent books beyond brawn and dinosaur training. (these 2 books are for me rated 10 stars).
But this book is a nice manual which you can include for sports training instead of just body building.
