COE campgrounds can be a wonderful alternate to overcrowded national and state sites, and are generally much less expensive. This is a good guide to them, and although the maps (diagrams might be a better term) could be a lot better, with GPS it's pretty easy to hunt them down. I only wish there were more of them in the east! but that is not the fault of the guide.

A little disappointed in this book. We wanted it to help find the ACE parks obviously but many of them are not in it. We debated on sending it back but decided against it. We will just use it for reference.
