About the Author

Brian T. Anderson is the founding pastor of Vineyard Church of North Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Glynnis Whitwer is the senior editor of P31 Woman magazine with Proverbs 31 Ministries. She is also the author of work@home: A Practical Guide for Women Who Want to Work from Home and is a contributing author to books published by Focus on the Family, Harvest House, and Proverbs 31 Ministries.

As a pastor and teacher, I'm always on the lookout for short, helpful small group studies. This one is well-written, and each lesson could be done in a group setting in an hour. The introductions to each chapter are excellent. The topics are important, the discussion questions are relevant, and the Leader's Guide is helpful. I wish that the Giving chapter had touched on biblical principles of prosperity (2 Cor. 9:11) and extreme generosity (2 Cor. 8:1-5), but the other chapters are thorough. This study guide would benefit any small group.
