I was personally disappointed after reading this book since I was expecting to get much more detailed info on the subject. If you don't know much about DV Lottery this book might be a good starting point for you, but if you already read DV Lottery description and instructions published on official government website and a few forum threads related to this subject you won't find any new info in this book. To give you an idea of what I mean - this book doesn't even cover the notion of a winner's case number, how it becomes current and what does it mean to the winner. You can read this whole book (from Preface to an Appendix section) in less than 2 hours.
