This book is an easy read in the management of all types of auto repair facilities. It covers all aspects of management in the automotive repair industry and includes the authors' own operating experience. The book is excellent for anyone wishing to comprehend the manager's responsibilities to the facility owners and to his/her staff. I read it to familiarize myself before opening a business with no prior experience in the field; it was helpful in this regard, as well. I shall use it as a reference after start up. I would highly recommend this book to anyone in the industry hoping to advance; it appears to cover everything. Many things I would never have thought of had the authors not lived through the experiences themselves.

The book can't be too bad when I share the last name as the authors either!
