We have found instead of buying silly commercial toys and trinkets for our grandchildren while we travel I go online and buy
books and goodies about the places we see from Amazon. This is one of those books we sent to our 4 yr. old granddaughter
Olivia. Her Mom and Dad read to her each night about the wonderful things we see as we travel. She loves receiving little
presents and hearing about Mimi and Papa's great adventures. So this book is good for any age.

My kids love all the books from this series. Colorful, engaging illustrations plus factual text mean the children will learn something. My only complaint is that I wish the books were longer.

This book would be good for a beginning reader who wants to read the book on their own. It doesn't give that much information, so I would go with a more informative book for reading aloud.
