Product Description

Why depend on the kindness of strangers, when you can cook New Orleans world-famous cuisine yourself? It's easy Blanche! Timeless favorites like Red Beans and Ricely Yours, Magnolia's Magnificent Muffulettas, and The Dubois Family Beignets! Plus the Vieux Carre Redfish Courtbouillon is out of this world, as is the Burgundy Street Oyster Dressing! Between the Chocolate Doberge Cake and the Creme de la Creme Brulee, one might find it rather difficult to say which dessert is more heavenly! There's even a recipe for Stella and Stanley's Crawfish Etouffee! Need I say more? Yes, the secret to capturing those legendary Louisiana Creole flavors, is truly... Right here in your hands! I declare, La Nouvelle-Orléans has never tasted quite this extraordinary, Y'all!
