I got this for my daughter and she was tickled to get it. She said a lot of the stuff is way more complicated than she is able to do and very time consuming but she did find a variety of things that are fitting for the time she has to invest when she has 4 children under age 6.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS BOOK. I have used wilton products for decades,but when I received this book I opened the book and the front cover tore off. Amazon was great I went to their site entered my info. Amazon printed a return label and made arrangements to have the book picked up. The workmanship is what I had a problem with but the content would have been useful if the book was made properly. Shipping and return was fantastic wish quality of product had been.

The tabs for the different sections are bent up and I thought about lamenting them so they don't break off, and it has a small rear but the overall condition of the book is good and I am so excited to use it :)

This book would be best suited for someone with limited baking experience looking for some creative ideas. I've taken some Wilton decorating classes and I was a bit disappointed in the range of ideas presented. I guess I was expecting something with a little more "oomph" to it, based on what I had already experienced. If you have done your share of baking and designing goodies, I recommend you look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a book to expand your basic repertoire and for some cute ideas, this is a good one to start with.
