I highly recommend Sheri's new book. It pulled me in and kept me there. I wanted to read it all in one sitting, but soon realized it is a book I want to read, reflect a bit, and then read some more. I love the blend of inspirational thought, personal "I" Stories (mine is included), and perosnal growth suggestions and activities! She simply hit the mark! It is a great book from cover to cover. If you are looking to be stretched a bit, to raise your level of personal self-awareness, participate in self-growth activities, this is the book for you! Sheri accomplishes in this book, exactly what she accomplishes in a coaching session ... she inspires you to be the best person you can be. Good work Sheri.
