This book has great information and that is no surprise since it comes straight from a subject matter expert! I wish I had this information when I had my car accident in 2004. It would have saved me so much time and hassle. After reading this and following the advice, I can finally rest easy knowing I have done everything I can to protect myself and my family when and if the next car accident happens.

There is some basic helpful info, but for the most part this is just an advertising pamphlet for Zane's Law firm. I was disappointed because I was expecting more substance. It really should not have been listed as a book

Wow! What great insight Mr. Zanes has given anybody who has been a car accident. This clearly gives you guidance with what to expect from the insurance companies after an accident. It is like a "how to" book when it comes to dealing with the your insurance company as well as third party insurance carriers. I wish I could give this to every patient who has been in a car accident!!!!!

We focus far to much on what is, versus what if? The what if's in life can be needlessly costly when we are unprepared and Doug's book is a great primer for helping us think ahead in regard to unexpected personal injury situations. Like your insurance card and registration, it belongs in your car's glove box at all times and in a handy place at home as well. It's great when information is presented in such a concise and useful and to the point manner

This is great advice written in a concise and understandable format. By reading this before an accident, you can be prepared in the event something happens. It answers many questions concerning the do's and don't's of insurance coverage and the best ways to deal with the many unexpected situations you may come across before and after an accident. This book was very informative and easy to read. The chapter on uninsured and underinsured coverage clearly makes one understand why these types of coverage are so important. I've actually had the experience of an insurance agent trying to talk me out of purchasing these coverages. This book is a definite must have!
