I use this cookbook in a high school special education classroom for students with severe disabilities. It works for both my low and non readers. The students beg to cook. As we have progressed, my students are able to cook foods independently. They take the recipes and skills home to their families. In addition, my non severe students are begging to get into the cooking class. Excellent addition to my classroom.
