I thought this would just be a bunch of colored plastic overlays, but after the cover, everything is 3D models of major organ systems. Make sure your kid knows not to touch the models. I wouldn't say they're super fragile, but some pages are more fragile than others. Aaaand that's how I got a horse uterus in my junk drawer!

This has the look and feel of an educational book for kids, but think again, for horse owners, especially new horse owners of any age it is a must read to help you understand the horse from the inside out. I brought my copy to a meeting of 20 experienced horse people and it took over an hour for it to get passed around. Everyone marveled at the unique way that the horse was presented in this book. This book is wonderful for kids that love and want a horse, it makes learning fun and interesting. I wish I had had something like this when I was growing up. What a great product.
