I have this book as separate PDF files for the chapters and now in a bound hardcopy. Very glad to have it in hardcopy as it's a nice reference book that is easy to thumb through yet detailed enough to provide foundational information.

It's really an excellent book as it summarizes nicely what various subject matter experts in the field of Human Performance Technology have contributed to the field, what tools they have given us, and how they all fit together.

The previous "kindle-related" review is BS...that person was reviewing the kindle qualities, NOT the actual content of the book.

The book is fantastic! A very easy read, with useful information and objectives. The examples are clear and concise, and the information is memorable. A very useful teaching tool, which I am implementing in my curriculum as an adult educator. Give it a chance, you'll be impressed.
