This is a very cute little journal meant to help make you a more positive person. My only complaint is that it's pretty small. If you only want to use one page per day, you're entries will be very short. But it is super cute! If you're the kind of person who will actually use it consistently it's a good buy.

These knock knock books are so nice and funny in such a positive way. I read the covers of all the books and this one most applied to me. Sometimes I need to jot down my thoughts and remind myself I'm doing my best. I love the quotes on each page. It has a place to put the date at the top, that way it doesn't have to go in any kind of order. Highly recommend this book, it's even small enough to keep in my purse.

I got this for a friend of mines who goes to different college for myself. I was hoping it would be bigger. It's about as big as your hand stretched out, so for anyone wanting a larger Journal, don't get this one for writing space. Overall it's pretty decent, I just wish it was bigger.

I suffer from anxiety and I received this journal as a gift from a friend earlier this year. Knowing that journaling can be a good way to manage stress, worry, and panic attacks I finally starting using it a few days ago. At first I was annoyed by its optimist prompts because I wanted to wallow in my angst. However after three entries I am totally in love. Following the "what I'm hanging hope on today" and reframing my anxieties as hopes helps arrest the spiral of negativity that often ends in a panic attack or just becoming overwhelmed. It really cuts down on my recovery time and I can get back to being a functional adult. If you or someone you care for suffers from anxiety or is just really worry prone this might be a helpful tool to add to their arsenal.

I have a few mini journals from Knock Knock. I need to journal for my mental health and these make it so easy to do so. There isn't a huge, blank page staring at me, pressuring me to continue to write even when I have nothing left to ramble on about.

My favorites so far are this one and the I Can't Sleep version. I keep this one in my purse and I Can't Sleep on my nightstand.

Bonus: the minis are easier to hide from prying eyes lol
