This is a must have for all educators! It lays the foundation to all we can do and say as is resulted by the US. Supreme Court. You may not agree with every decision but that is for you to challenge. In fact, my father who used to teach U.S. History and Government, borrowed this copy from me so he could stay fresh with the U.S. Supreme Court.

I discovered this book during research as a Masters degree student in Education. I just had to acquire it. It is a must-have!!! Every teacher CURRENTLY TEACHING should have it tucked in their desks and use it! I have seen a few things during my course work where seasoned educators did not know what to do. Had they had this book, they would have been relieved, informed, and legal. Thank you, Dr. Essex and Amazon for providing such a useful product.
