Let me preface this by saying, I really like Taste of Home cookbooks because, for the most part, you know what you are getting. You are getting other people's recipes that have been tried and used for years. That is what I like about them. But this cookbook was a lot of repetition — many recipes for the same dishes over and over again and some that I swear I have seen in other TOH cookbooks. It just did not do it for me. It was returned. (And I was sad to do it.)

Love the Taste of Home books because they are written for real people. Ingredients and foods you would actually eat and not odd ingredients and snobby recipes that are made for tv viewing but not practical for your family's regular consumption.

This is a great cookbook with great recipes. Can't believe somebody gave such a great recipe book a 1 because the had seen some of the recipes before. How unfair. A keeper.
