Dr Colbert covers so much material that I can say that's what I love and that's what I do not like about this book. He answers many more questions than I knew I had. He addresses inflammation from the weight loss point of view. I purchased the book because I realize I have debilitating inflammation. Well, to reverse this condition, I will have to purchase a number of supplements. None of them are recommended in the compound form. I will be spending a lot of money to get myself out of this. But, I will have a great detailed guide. Thank you Dr Colbert.

This book has changed my entire food intake...my entire life! I actually worked on the book as a proofreader for the editor and was amazed at the brilliant content. As soon as it was published, I bought copies for myself and a friend. The information is valuable for EVERYONE!! I battle fibromyalgia, but almost everyone has some issue related to inflammation as most illnesses are related to this problem. A change of eating habits is the quickest way to battle this problem, so I encourage every adult to read this book to better understand how the foods we eat can make a difference in the quality of our lives.

Just received the book. I scanned through the pages and I can see already if I follow the diet and advice it's going to be a radical change to my diet and eating habits. It will take a lot of disapline on my part to achieve results. The jury's still out as I have not read the book and implemented the changes or practices. I will have to return, update with a report on my success and results.
