This book is perfect for anyone who truly wants to understand how electrics work from early magnetos to modern day set ups. If you can find one but it! Any text book by Roy Bacon on motorcycles is worth the price.

Theres 6 of these books total. Each covers a different section of the motorcycle- frames and forks (book 6) electrics (book 2) 4 stroke engines (book 1) the point being if you have the entire set, its possible to keep an antique running all the way back from the 1920's.
