I have to admit that I was disappointed in this book. Firt, the title is misleading. Very few of the items in the book are specifically for women and very few are for fitness or nutrition

This book has many leads for folks dealing with serious illnesses and disabilities, but very few of the leads come complete with direct sources. And almost none of them are specifically for women.

If you or someone in your family is dealing with a serious disease or disability, you might find this helpful. If, on the other hand, you are simply looking for ways to save a little money on health, fitness and nutrition, go elsewhere.

As a final note: everything in here is something you could find for free with a quick internet search. Save your money by not spending it on this!
