This book is considered the bible of the MGB. In it you will find every specification on the MGB from 1962 through 1980. This book is the one you will want if you are restoring an MGB, or if you are looking to purchase one. The author of this book worked for British Motor Heritage, so you know this guy knows his stuff. I personally used this to research my own MGB, and found things that were not right about it, and I used the book to bring the car to its original specs.

This book would make the perfect gift for an MGB enthusiast, or buy it for yourself and learn all that there is to know about production data for this wonderful car.

Tons of fine detail and great pictures. I saw this book at a car show and after some browsing thru it there decided I had to have a copy of my own. Interesting just to read and browse - important if you are trying to restore your B or just keep it as original as possible.

While aimed toward enthusiasts knowing correct details of their car(s) when manufactured, I found this book a treasure of information about the marque, all of the options, the when and where. and just pure enjoyment of seeing the photography. I have spent considerable time since I purchasing my first MGB in 1967,locating details of my cars, and have learned many of the facts for the Mark I line. Receiving this book, I learned also, many new details and more complete details from an expert. I also learned about the later Marks until the end in 1980. The book is an easy reference, an excellent reference, and it is also a good book for pleasure reading.

I ordered an MGB restoration book and the book is extremely useful and I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about restoring or refurbishing an MGB get this book. Unfortunately, Amazon damaged the dustcover when the book was packed. It was badly wrinkled and I was very disappointed with how Amazon handled my order.

Great little book. This is one of a series on unique automobiles - I also own the ones on Alfa Romeo, Ferrari 8's and Ferrari 12's. Concise but full of information in the smallest of detail. This is more of a guide to the car itself and less about the history as a whole. It works well in this format. Highly recommend
