The books arrived promptly. The outside covers were scratched and marked, however the inside looked new. This must have occured during the long voyage to Australia by sea mail. Many thanks Kirsten.

I've read most of volume 1 at the wound center where I work and it is quite good Wanted volume 1 for reference. Had to order volume 1 and 2. Received only volume 2, therefore I returned it. WRN
