Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
This tome is heavy on art-critic essays, and a little light on reproductions of Richter’s work. Still, it’s a thorough review of his career. I prefer to look at an artist’s work so that I can form my own opinions, so I haven’t read any of the essays yet. I’m glad that it’s so complete - from his beginning in the mid-1960s and continuing to the present day.
