Things I Like: This planner has some cool goal-oriented pages and lots of notes pages. There is space for weekly tasks, projects, and delegation. I like that it lays flat and can be flipped all the way open. I like the time slots provided for each day of the week-at-a-glance agenda. It's sleek, more professional looking than most other academic calendars, which is nice for internship appointments with clients.

Things I Dislike: The monthly calendar pages are so small, it's hard to write more than one or two short words on a day (and I wrote pretty small); so definitely NOT for a person with medium/large writing or for someone who has multiple obligations/appointments on a given day. I also dislike that the monthly pages are separate from the weekly agenda. I have to keep a post-it tab for the monthly section to get a month-at-a-glance view. The days in the week-at-a-glace calendar are also quite small; again, not made for someone that has 2 appointments/obligations during a given hour. Too much space is given for other areas of the weekly agenda, and not enough for the meat of the week. There are no tabs, so I had to create my own in order to quickly find my note pages. There is an elastic that may be used to either keep the book closed or keep as a page-minder. There is an elastic pen-loop that is WAY small and will fit nothing more than a standard, cheapie pen or pencil; which doesn't make sense if this planner is gears toward students that have lots of tasks. My Pilot Frixion pen has to live in the spiral which prevents me from fully opening the planner. Lastly, I strongly dislike the price! I know planners can run much more expensive, but I don't think the price warrants the amount of issues I have with this thing. I find myself continuing to look for a new one, but as I paid so much for this one, I'm trying to stick it out until I finish this one.

This planner has the best design of all planners I've seen here on Amazon.
The layout is nice, and definitely helps me get things done and keep my tasks arranged. I absolutely love it, however, for the price, the pages and cover should be of higher quality.

Cons;
-The brightest of neon sharpies go right through the page, though highlighters work just fine.
-If you don't close the pages of the planner, before closing it's cover, there's a good chance you'll end up folding the parts of the pages that are bound in the spiral.
The pen/pencil holder is teeny, which seems counter-intuitive as the target market of people who will buy this product (at such a high price point) use good writing tools.

Suggestions:
-A cover that's completely waterproof
-Betters spacing so that the planner can be closed altogether without fear of ruining pages
-Slightly thicker paper
-Maybe Omit some of the text on the pages, such as "delegated to", as most of us don't have people working under / for us, and certainly not at such a high frequency. It would be nice if that field was left blank so we could better utilize it.
-Flyleaves

The quality of the paper and the cover are just good enough for 4 stars, but the layout of each page earns it five stars. As an adult in an MBA program and a working professional, this planner helps me stay organized. It's the best student planner on the market right now but the price is a bit steep for the quality. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for it and I'd be happier if it were closer to $15. A ribbon to mark today's page would be nice. I use a post-it.

Absolutely the BEST planner I have ever used! It's not heavy and it's been GENIUS for getting me organized. Some of us just still need to put pen to paper (research shows the brain still needs that connection, particularly for children). My new company needed small portable desk calendars starting in the middle of the year because we realized we needed better organization on our organic farm and fine chocolate company (Sun Eaters Organics) and are all over the place, plus none of us are big phone people and if we were, we would spend all our time correcting our big thumb errors. I needed something big enough to write on that I could read later with my old eyes but that would still fit in my purse. I bought different color .50 Pilot pens & a Pilot mechanical pencil to go with it (I need my toys) (I'm not selling Pilot but it was the only pen in the stationary store at .50 at the time). But seriously, the fine line pens/pencil fit the bill for all the stuff I need to write. My partners and I love this planner because we are also activists for fair trade and involved in several projects and this weekly planner fits the bill for us. I'm an old bird and my personal organization has increased dramatically since July 2014 and nothing is falling through the cracks unless I want it to. Also note, the front of the planner has 14 pages on getting you started. Too much? No way! It's headings are: The Power of Attitude, Goals & Action; ATTITUDE: The Three Attitude Circles, The Attitude I Chose to Live By, See Yourself as the Person You Want to Be!; GOALS: Defining Goals, Yearly Goals, Weekly Goals, Results, Next Action Step; ACTIONS: Action Day, Rocks in a Bucket Story, Discipline of Rituals.Read more ›
