This book is a joke, right??? I would give it zero stars if I could. I love Kenyan food, and I was looking for authentic Kenyan recipes. This is great if you need a recipe for rice, for example. Water and rice. Or Steak Diane as cooked by a Kenyan.

The well thought out recipes with clear instructions had me easily cooking Kenyan delights.
It has a helpful glossary and measurement conversion tables
