Format: Audio CD
The first time I heard "Bad Luck Blues" by Cousin Joe, it moved into the top ten of my favorite blues CD's. Cousin Joe has a great blues voice, Jimmy Dawkins and Gatemouth Brown provide the guitar work with Chicago rhythm section with Mac Thompson on bass and Ted Harvey on drums. Give it a listen; you might agree that "Bad Luck Blues" is a great blues recording.

Never owned much Cousin Joe matriel but had to check this out because Jimmy Dawkins and Gatemouth Brown are on guitar...session is a little uneven but still worth the 7 bucks I paid for it

cousin joe is one of the best blues pianists I've ever heard. I especially like take a lesson from your teacher and I don't want no second hand love.
