Came sooner than thought and was in sheer MINT condition. I've looked for this for over a decade and now have had two children since I began my search when no one could tell me who did the song Electric Slide "Original", and low and behold they love it more than I do and I've now taught them the dance that goes with it and they and I can get some fun and exercise from this as quality mom and 2sons time. So glad I found you and you took so much care in getting it to me in one piece. Thanks from the 3 of us "Sliders"

I didn't listen to this CD but my understanding is that it was a hit for the party it was ordered for. The troops had come home and they were given a celebration with a wonderful dinner, music and gifts for Christmas. Everyone had a good time. My thanks to the troops and all they gave, all they are giving for all we receive.

I brought the CD because of the Electric Slide. I play it on the job mostly on Fridays to get me ready for the weekend. I play it also when the secretaries have our little luncheons in the conference room and we do the Electric Slide! I don't care about the other songs.

I bought this CD for a Line Dance Teaching assignment I had at school. There are two songs; "Electric Boogie", & "Electric Boogie-Club Mix" to which is the reason most people by this CD. These songs have stayed modern even though they were recorded back in 1982. It is an historic CD because the song Electric Boogie inspired the line dance entitled: "Electric Slide". This CD is a good addition to your collection, but it wont be one of your favorite CD's that you play often.

Beware . . . listen carefully to the sample tracks.

If you're looking for the 1960's reggae-rocksteady Jamacian royality that I was looking for . . . go look somewhere else. This has a modern beat, not the classic melodic Studio One sound of yesteryear. Not my cup of tea, maybe yours.

Just dropped to clear up a little something. This is a great disc. This is the famous Electric Boogie that everybody does the 'electric slide' to. But, this is not the original Electric Boogie. The original was around in 1982-83. Check it out.
