La Forme pans are made of commercial-weight steel to provide even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release. The form features Kaiser's magnum coating which allows for cutting in the form without damaging the surface. The magnum coating is not affected by acidic or citrus foods, and enables easy release when lightly coated with butter or oil.
