If you have the Porter-Cable 59381 Hinge Butt Template set, and are installing 5/8" radius hinges, this is the bit you want along with the 4208 template guide. The lock nut is standard so if you have one, don't spring for the 42237. Keep checking for tightness of the nut, I had it loosen up. Also keep in mind that this bit being 1.25" in diameter should fully stop before you try to lift the router out of the template. I trashed my first one pulling it up while still turning.
