I've had this for several years and love it. Since I live in the cold North East, my hands get extremely dry during the winter and this paraffin spa really helps. During the very dry months I use it every other day. My friend used to come over once a week to use mine, than she finally broke down a bought one for herself. It takes a couple hour for the wax to melt, so you need to remember to turn it on earlier in the day when you want to use it.

I've had this for about 5 years. I love it and so does my husband. When I got it I worked in a factory and I couldn't wait to get home and use it after work. It soothes and moisturizes especially if you apply lotion before dipping in the warm paraffin. The mits totally enhance the experience but you will need an extra person to put the baggies and mits on you after you dip. With the paraffin and the mits on together your tired achy hands feel so relaxed it's as if they weren't even there. My husband and I sometimes argue over who is going to go first. This made my hands feel so good I bought one for my mom. She has Fiber Myalgia and she had constant achy pain in her hands and arms. She fell in love the first time she used this. She said it was the best her hands had felt in years. She uses it several times a week and it really helps relieve her pain. We use our almost daily. I could not live without this product and neither could my mom.

When I first received this product it was new and came with all the accessories (mitts for hands and feet, plastic liners,2 small blocks of wax, and brushes). It worked beautifully for about a month then just stopped heating up. Product came with a 2 year warranty .When I called Remington to find out where to take it for repairs, I was informed they had not made this product in 10 years. Sent product back to sellers for replacement. What they sent me was very used with a worn out looking cord I was afraid to plug into an outlet, 1 set of mitts and 30 plastic liners, oh and a block of wax about 10 lbs.(one solid block). The reason I did not give it 1 star was the return process was fast and efficient.

I have had this machine for about 7yrs now. It is still working great. My husband and I both use it.We have arthritis and the warm wax really helps them feel better. It also keeps our hands softer. During the winter months we probably use it 3-4 times a week! Its wonderful. But you do have to turn it on a couple of hours before you want to use it so the wax will melt.

I have had this product for so many years now that I've lost count - at least 15 years. It's still going strong. It heats up nicely even after all these years. The wax it came with smelled heavenly but I like to change the scents each time I change the wax. My hands are so soft even in the cold weather months. I don't really use it on my feet but I imagine it would be wonderful, especially after you've been on your feet all day. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It's a nice size and it is well made. It'll probably last another 15 years!

In fact, I just recommended it to a friend, she used mine and rushed out to order one for herself.
