bought 3 of these bits with arbor that coincides with all them. the 3 1/4 in. worked fine as did the 2 1/4 in., but the 2 3/4 in. burned and struggled on the first hole , gave up after drilling three holes in 1 in. cherry ( a fairly soft wood ) I looked the hole saw over and seen that the base that the arbor screws into didn't line up with the cylinder of the bit, it was off by 1/16 in. causing the bit to walk and not drill straight from the first usage . Disappointed will probably go to box store so I can get a visual before purchase. Pricey and inconsistent quality. Don't know if can be returned but definite manufacturing flaw.

Not much to say as this tool explains itself. I really like DeWalt products and when I can I always will reach for the yellow products. Perhaps others are better but I don't want to spend the time to find out. When you have a project to do you want to get it done without worrying about your choice of tools.
