The pen I was sent by Unique Gifts exhibited a variety of visible scratches, both on the black components and on the golden tip.
Upon notifying them of these deficiencies I was sent a second one. However it too exhibited a visible crack, which was verified at three different jewelry shops.
I made Unique Gifts aware of this fact and I asked them either to send me the pen I paid for, that is, new and with no defects, or give me a full refund. They chose the second option, that is the refund.
Of course, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing.

You won't find a better ball-pen than this one. They write very smooth and even.
It has a beautiful design. By its weight and the curves of its body, you have a firm and steady grip on the ball-pen.
In short: it's a work of art. If you don't use the pen for a few days the ink will dry up a little but when you use it again it regains its smoothness very rapidly. This is the best ball-pen you can buy.
