This is the most affordable type of sticky flag, since I use a lot of them in my job. The documents I handle are between 80-200 pages, so I mainly use the flag at the top edge of the pages that I need to notarize. I usually notarize about 10 pages from each document. I can use each flag about 3-4 times before it stops sticking to the page. It's very difficult for me to place the flags on the pages when they are in the roller device , mainly because I flag the top edge of a page, not in the middle of the page itself. So, I peel about 10 flags and stack them on top of each other so they're ready to use. It takes a minute or so to make several stacks, so it's no big deal - it's worth it to not spend the money on the Post-Its.

I love the tags, and despise the dispenser. I prefer the old black dispensers which were easy to refill. Unfortunately Redi-Tag chose "progress" for dispenser which results in a difficult refill process....I suppose the intent is to use the labels up and pitch the dispenser each time and therefore higher cost to consumer due to need for replacement dispensers. Are you listening Redi-Tag? Send me a source for the old style labels please!!

These stickers do save time on showing where in the document that needs attention. I also use them to flag other documents as important. They tend to fall off if not rubbed really hard at the application site.

The sticky arrows that come in this dispenser are great - they stick but don't rip your paper when you're removing them from a document. My only complaint is that the flags come out of the dispenser sticky-side-first. It seems to me that it would be mroe convenient to come out non-sticky-side-first. Once you run out of flags, keep your dispenser. You can order refills for inexpensive.

Great tags, though the housing is moderately fragile. It can handle a few drops to the hardwood floor, but not too many. Mine's come apart twice, but I've been able to reassemble each time. So far, so good.

I purchased these as an alternative to Post-It flags. Post-It flags (and Post-It products in general for that matter) seem over priced. This option is much more cost effective, especially with the refill rolls. I had no issues with the product not being as advertised as the other reviewer described. These fit the bill perfectly and should work out just fine. The eligibility workers I have given them to so far seem very happy with them.
